Indianfoodstore.nl offers a very extensive range available directly from stock. Certain products may have limited stock due to the best before date, if these products are not in stock, this can delay your order by 2 to 5 working days. You will always receive a message about this by email.
Parcel services:
If PostNL's parcel service is selected, orders before 3 p.m. ordered on working days shipped the same day. Orders ordered during the weekend will be shipped on Monday, in case of a public holiday other than the weekend, the order will be shipped the next day.
If the DHL parcel service is selected, orders before 3 p.m. ordered on working days shipped the next day. Orders ordered during the weekend will be shipped on Tuesday, in case of a public holiday other than the weekend, the order will be shipped the next day.
We ship all our orders with Track and Trace code. Shipping is free for orders from €49 to the Netherlands, to Belgium and Germany from €55. For all orders (excl. shipping costs) within the Netherlands up to €49, a contribution to the shipping costs of €6.37 will be charged.

As soon as your order is shipped you will receive an email with a track-and-trace link.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with a product you have ordered from us, you have 14 days to let us know. We must have received the products back no later than 14 days after the notification. We naturally assume that you will handle the packaging and the products with care. However, we cannot accept the return in the cases mentioned below:
* Opened and/or damaged products
* All products that are returned after the period of 14 days after notification
* Insufficient stamped returns
If you are not satisfied and want to return the product, please send an email to: klantenservice@indianfoodstore.nl. State your name, the order number of your order, which product(s) you want to return and of course the reason for the return.
You can also use our withdrawal form.
As soon as we have received the products, we will send you a confirmation by email and we will refund the amount to your account within 2 weeks.
The costs for the return are for your own cost, unfortunately it is not possible to exchange.
