Ingredients
Garlic, ginger, chili, cumin, coriander, salt, fenugreek leaves, cardamom, black pepper, cloves, cinnamon, black cumin, turmeric, nutmeg.
Explanation ingredients
Coriander: The leaves have a lemony taste, while the seeds have a slightly sweet, aniseed taste.
Cumin: gives a nutty and peppery taste to dishes. Can be used in, for example, curry or chili.
Garlic: has distinctive flavor and can be used in many dishes.
Ginger: has an intense pungent taste. Can be used in, for example, desserts, bread or biscuits. In India it is widely used with fish.
Fenugreek: It is a plant of the legume family. The seeds can be used in salads, vegetable dishes or curry sauce, for example. It has its own specific taste.
Cardamom: herbaceous plant of the ginger family. It has a pungent smell and the taste is sweet with a hint of lemon, camphor and bergamot. The green variant provides spice and freshness. The black variant is suitable for more powerful dishes such as curries and stews.
Clove: gives a herbaceous and spicy taste to dishes.
Cinnamon: can be used with both spicy and sweet dishes due to the wonderfully warm and sweet taste.
Turmeric: spice extracted from the roots of turmeric plant. It provides flavor and color in curry dishes.
Nutmeg: ideal with savory or sweet dishes.

Storage advice
Store in a cool and dry place. After opening, transfer contents to an airtight container. Shelf life up to 2 years after production date. Perishable after opening.
Preparation
For chicken with bone:
- Cut a whole 1 kg chicken into 4 pieces (do not use a chicken larger than 1.25 kg).
- Make several parallel cuts in the chicken.
- Marinate the chicken pieces for 2 hours in a mix of 1 1/2 cup curd (Greek yogurt), 25 grams Sakthi Tandoori Chicken Masala, 2 tablespoons lemon juice and salt to taste.
- Place the marinated chicken on a rack in a preheated grill (180ºC) and grill the chicken for 25 to 30 minutes until the chicken is nicely golden brown and cooked through.
- Brush the chicken with ghee or oil and fry it for another 2 to 3 minutes.
- Squeeze 1 lemon over the chicken and sprinkle Sakthi Chat Masala over the chicken.
- Serve the chicken with onion rings, lemon slices and green chutney.
For chicken breast:
- Follow the same steps as the bone-in chicken, but grill the chicken for about 15 minutes.
