Ingredients
Coriander, Chili, Pepper, Salt, Cumin, Aniseed, Turmeric, Star Anise, Curry Leaves, Cinnamon, Cloves, Cardamom, Mace, Refined Peanut Oil.
Explanation ingredients
Coriander: the leaves have a lemony flavour, while the seeds have a slightly sweet, aniseed flavour.
Cumin: gives a nutty and peppery taste to dishes. Can be used in, for example, curry or chili.
Cinnamon: Can be used with both spicy and sweet dishes due to the deliciously warm and sweet taste.
Clove: gives a herbaceous and spicy taste to dishes.
Turmeric: spice extracted from the roots Curcuma plant. It provides flavor and color in curry dishes.
Mace: the seed coat that surrounds the nutmeg. Can be used in sweet desserts (rice porridge) or with fish, soups and sauces.
Star anise: dried fruit with an aniseed flavour.
Cardamom: herbaceous plant of the ginger family. It has a pungent smell and the taste is sweet with a hint of lemon, camphor and bergamot. The green variant provides spice and freshness. The black variant is suitable for more powerful dishes such as curries and stews.

Storage advice

Preparation
- Fry mustard seeds and 100 grams sliced onion in oil.
- Add 1 kg mutton, 50 grams Sakthi Mutton Masala, coconut paste, salt to taste and water.
- Boil this for 30 minutes.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
- The delicious mutton curry is ready.
The Mutton Masala from Sakthi can also be used for the preparation of a vegetable sauce.
