Mixed Masala Kulambu Chilli Powder from Sakthi is a spice mix as the basis for making an Indian curry. Make the most delicious fish curry, egg curry, tomato curry, tamarind curry or fenugreek curry.

Coriander, Roasted Lentils, Chili, Mustard, Rice, Red Lentils, Salt, Turmeric, Anise, Cumin, Pepper, Fenugreek, Curry Leaf, Refined Peanut Oil.
Explanation Ingredients
Coriander: the leaves have a lemony flavour, while the seeds have a slightly sweet, aniseed flavour.
Cumin: gives a nutty and peppery taste to dishes. Can be used in, for example, curry or chili.
Fenugreek: it is a plant of the legume family. The seeds can be used in salads, vegetable dishes or curry sauce, for example. It has its own specific taste.
Turmeric: spice extracted from the roots Turmeric plant. It provides flavor and color in curry dishes.
Red lentils: legume.

Storage advice
Store in a cool and dry place. After opening, transfer contents to an airtight container. Shelf life up to 2 years after production date.
Use
- Take vegetables of your choice and prepare them as usual with regular spices in ghee/oil.
- Add 1 1/2 tbsp Sakthi Kulambu Chili Powder.
- Stir the vegetables over a low heat for 3 minutes.
- Close the pan with a lid for 5 minutes to preserve the taste and aroma of Sakthi chili powder.
- 1 1/2 Sakthi chili powder is enough for 500 grams of vegetables / 1 liter of cooked lentils.
- Samosa, potato, vada, kachori and different kinds of dishes can be prepared by using Sakthi chili powder for better taste.
