Sakthi Curry Powder is a nice blend of spices such as coriander, cumin, pepper and more important spices. It gives a beautiful color and an excellent taste to your curry.
Ingredients
Coriander, Red Chilli Powder, Pepper, Cumin, Anise, Salt, Turmeric, Curry Leaf, Cloves, Cinnamon, Star Anise, Cardamom, Refined Peanut Oil.
Explanation Ingredients
Coriander: the leaves have a lemony flavour, while the seeds have a slightly sweet, aniseed flavour.
Cumin: gives a nutty and peppery taste to dishes. Can be used in, for example, curry or chili.
Turmeric: spice extracted from the roots Curcuma plant. It provides flavor and color in curry dishes.
Cardamom: herbaceous plant of the ginger family. It has a pungent smell and the taste is sweet with a hint of lemon, camphor and bergamot. The green variant provides spice and freshness. The black variant is suitable for more powerful dishes such as curries and stews.
Clove: gives a herbaceous and spicy taste to dishes.
Cinnamon: Can be used with both spicy and sweet dishes due to the deliciously warm and sweet taste.
Star anise: dried fruit with an aniseed flavour.

Use

- Fry mustard and 100 grams of chopped onion in oil.
- Add 1 kg chopped vegetables / pieces of mutton, 50 grams Sakthi Curry Powder, coconut paste, salt to taste with the necessary water and boil the contents for 20 minutes.
