Sakthi Chat Masala 50 g

Chat Masala from Sakthi is a well-balanced spice mixture that includes mango, cumin, coriander, ginger and chili.

Sprinkle it over fresh fruit, fried appetizers, salads or meat dishes for a finishing touch.

Ingredients

Black salt, dried mango, cumin, salt, coriander, ground elder, pomegranate seed, honeydew melon, dried ginger, caraway, chili, mint, black pepper, asafoetida, nutmeg, cloves.

Explanation ingredients

Coriander: the leaves have a lemony flavour, while the seeds have a slightly sweet, aniseed flavour.
Cumin: gives a nutty and peppery taste to dishes. Can be used in, for example, curry or chili.
Ground Elder: in dried form it has the taste of spinach. It contains vitamin C, carotene, calcium, magnesium and silicic acid.
Caraway: has a pleasant spicy aroma.
pomegranate seeds: gives a fresh sour taste to dishes.
Clove: gives a herbaceous and spicy taste to dishes.
Asafoetida: devil's dung (a herbaceous plant). It has a beneficial effect and promotes digestion. It is an alternative to using onion and/or garlic in dishes.
Nutmeg: ideal with savory or sweet dishes.
