Storage advice

Preparation Bajji
- Mix 200 grams of Sakthi Bajji Bonda powder in 150 milliliters of water.
- Make slices of, for example, onion, potato, banana, cucumber, boiled egg, eggplant or porridge.
- Dip the slices in the mix and fry in oil.
- The delicious bajjis are ready to be served.
Preparation Bonda
- Mix 200 grams Sakthi Bajji Bonda powder with 100 grams finely chopped onion, 2 green chillies, coriander leaves, curry leaves and the required amount of water.
- Make small balls and fry in oil.

After opening, store the rest of the spice mix in an airtight container and use a clean, dry spoon.
Tip: The Bajji Bonda Powder can also be used to prepare cauliflower or onion pakoda.
