Lentil flour, rice flour, salt, chili, sodium bicarbonate E500, asafoetida.

Explanation Ingredients

Asafoetida: devil's dung (a herbaceous plant). It has a beneficial effect and promotes digestion. It is an alternative to using onion and/or garlic in dishes.

This product is packaged and / or stored in a company that also processes products containing wheat, nuts, peanuts, mustard, celery, gluten, sesame, shellfish, soy, sulphite, fish and molluscs. Despite all precautions, this product may contain traces of these allergens.

Storage advice

Store in a cool and dry place. After opening, transfer contents to an airtight container. Shelf life up to 2 years after production date.

Preparation Bajji

  1. Mix 200 grams of Sakthi Bajji Bonda powder in 150 milliliters of water.
  2. Make slices of, for example, onion, potato, banana, cucumber, boiled egg, eggplant or porridge.
  3. Dip the slices in the mix and fry in oil.
  4. The delicious bajjis are ready to be served.

Preparation Bonda

  1. Mix 200 grams Sakthi Bajji Bonda powder with 100 grams finely chopped onion, 2 green chillies, coriander leaves, curry leaves and the required amount of water.
  2. Make small balls and fry in oil.
  3. The delicious Bondas are ready to be served.

After opening, store the rest of the spice mix in an airtight container and use a clean, dry spoon.

Tip: The Bajji Bonda Powder can also be used to prepare cauliflower or onion pakoda.
