Noodles are an all-time favorite for people of all ages. It originated in China and Italy, where it was made from all-purpose flour. It quickly became a popular dish due to its fast cooking time and immense taste.

Ruci noodles do not contain preservatives and E numbers.

Noodles are usually prepared by boiling them in water with salt and the wrapped masala. The noodles can be made even healthier by adding chopped vegetables.

Ingredients

Noodles:
Barnyard millet flour, wheat flour, edible vegetable oil, salt, purified water.
Masala:
Chili powder, salt, turmeric powder, pepper and ginger.

Storage advice

Store in a cool and dry place. After opening, transfer contents to an airtight container.

Preparation

  1. Boil the noodles in 1 liter of water for 5 to 8 minutes.
  2. Drain the water and set the cooked noodles aside.
  3. Bake sliced vegetables of your choice and the masala mix on a low heat and stir everything well.
  4. Now mix in the cooked noodles and serve hot.
