Ingredients

Noodles: Pearl millet flour, whole wheat flour, edible vegetable oil, salt, purified water.
Masala: chili powder, salt, pepper, ginger, spices.

Storage advice

Preparation (3 persons)

  1. Boil 210 grams of noodles in 1.2 liters of water for 5 to 7 minutes.
  2. Drain the water and set the noodles aside.
  3. Heat oil in a pan and fry curry leaves, onions, peppers, carrots, cabbage and other desired vegetables until al dente.
  4. Then add the flavoring masala.
  5. Add the fried vegetables to the noodles.
  6. Mix it all together well.
  7. Serve the dish hot.
