Pearl millet or Miracle millet is also known as Kambu in Tamil. It is very rich in calcium, protein, iron (8 times higher than rice) and magnesium and helps to reduce the bad cholestral level in our body.

Preparation

  1. Drizzle water over the millet flakes and let it soak for 2 minutes.
  2. Heat oil and add spices.
  3. Add onion and peppers to taste.
  4. Add the wet millet flakes.
  5. Mix this well and serve it hot.
