Ingredients
Noodles: Barnyard millet flour, whole wheat flour, vegetable fat, salt, and purified water.
Masala: Chili powder, salt, turmeric powder, pepper, ginger and spices.

Preparation (3 persons)
Boil 210 grams of noodles in 1.2 liters of water for 5 to 7 minutes. Drain the water. Heat oil and fry curry leaves, onions, bell pepper and carrot. Add the cooked noodles to the fried vegetables and mix with the included seasoning masala. Serve hot.
