With the Meat Masala you can now make a delicious meat curry in no time. Now taste meat dishes entirely in South Indian style.
Ingredients
Coriander, red chili powder, cumin, black pepper, cinnamon, cloves, salt, turmeric, garlic, cardamom, fennel, star anise, dry ginger, red lentils.
Explanation ingredients
Cinnamon: Can be used with both spicy and sweet dishes due to the deliciously warm and sweet taste.
Clove: gives a herbaceous and spicy taste to dishes.
Garlic: has distinctive taste and can be used in many dishes.
Coriander: the leaves have a lemony flavour, while the seeds have a slightly sweet, aniseed flavour.
Cumin: gives a nutty and peppery taste to dishes. Can be used in, for example, curry or chili.
Turmeric: spice extracted from the roots Curcuma plant. It provides flavor and color in curry dishes.
Cardamom: herbaceous plant of the ginger family. It has a pungent smell and the taste is sweet with a hint of lemon, camphor and bergamot. The green variant provides spice and freshness. The black variant is suitable for more powerful dishes such as curries and stews.
Fennel: promotes digestion and gives fresh breath. Fennel tea is used for coughing.
Ginger: has an intense pungent taste. Can be used in, for example, desserts, bread or biscuits. In India it is widely used with fish.
Red lentils: legumes.
Star anise: dried fruit with an aniseed flavour.

This product is packaged and / or stored in a company that also processes products containing wheat, nuts, peanuts, mustard, celery, gluten, sesame, shellfish, soy, sulphite, fish and molluscs. Despite all precautions, this product may contain traces of these allergens.
Storage advice
Store in a cool and dry place. After opening, transfer contents to an airtight container. The spice mix can be kept up to 2 years after production date.
Preparation
For 1.6 kg of meat:
- Grind 2 onions to a fine paste.
- Mix in 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste.
- Add salt and 4 teaspoons of sifted curd.
- Marinate clean and cut pieces of meat with the mixture. Let it marinate for 1 hour.
- Heat 4 tablespoons of oil and fry 2 sliced onions until crisp.
- Add the marinated meat and 50 grams of Aachi Meat Masala.
- Stir this for 5 minutes.
- Add 2 cups of water and desired amount of salt.
- Cook this in a pressure cooker for 10 minutes.
- Now tasty hot Aachi Meat Masala is ready to serve.
