Rice Flour, Palm Oil, Chickpea Flour, Chilli Powder, Salt, Sesame Seeds, Curry Leaves, Fennel Seeds, Black Salt, Pepper, Pineapple Flour, Cinnamon, Cloves, Cardamom, Indian Bay Leaf, Aniseed, Nutmeg, Javitri, Stone Flour, Marathi Moggu, Jeera, Ajwain, Asafoetida.

Explanation Ingredients

Cardamom: herbaceous plant of the ginger family. It has a pungent smell and the taste is sweet with a hint of lemon, camphor and bergamot. The green variant provides spice and freshness. The black variant is suitable for more powerful dishes such as curries and stews.
Asafoetida: devil's dung (a herbaceous plant). It has a beneficial effect and promotes digestion. It is an alternative to using onion and/or garlic in dishes.
Marathi moggu: buds of the kapok tree. It has a taste most like a combination of mustard and black pepper.
Fennel: promotes digestion and freshens breath. Fennel tea is used for coughing.
Javitri: from the nutmeg tree. The taste is a combination of pepper and cinnamon with a strong aroma.
Ajwain : seeds of the bishop's herb. It tastes a bit like thyme and oregano. In Indian cuisine it is widely used in curries, bread and vegetables.
Clove: gives a herbaceous and spicy taste to dishes.
Nutmeg: ideal with savory or sweet dishes.
Bay leave: has a somewhat bitter woody taste. Gives extra depth to dishes such as stew, soup, chicken or bolognese.
Sesame seed: aromatic with a nutty taste.
