Pepper Karasev is also known as Milagu Sevu or Milagu Kara Sevu and is a spicy and crunchy snack made from rice flour that is often consumed in the countryside and at festivals.
Kara means "spicy hot" and Sevu means "crispy" fried noodles. It is eaten a lot in the countryside. Pepper Karasev is good with tea or even as a side dish.
