Ingredients
Rice flour, palm oil, roasted chickpeas, urad bean, groundnuts, cornflakes, pepper powder, sesame seeds, cumin, asafoetida, salt, chili powder, fennel seed, black salt, pepper, pineapple flour, cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, Indian bay leaf, aniseed, nutmeg, javitri, stone flour, marathi moggu, raising agent, sodium bicarbonate (E500).
Explanation Ingredients
Asafoetida/hinge: devil's dung (a herbaceous plant).
Cardamom: herbaceous plant of the ginger family.
Marathi moggu: buds of the kapok tree.
Javitri: from the nutmeg tree. The taste is a combination of pepper and cinnamon with a strong aroma.
