Ingredients

Coriander, Cumin, Black Pepper, Dry Ginger, Red Chilli Powder, Turmeric, Salt, Cloves, Cinnamon, Fennel.

Explanation ingredients

Ginger: has an intense pungent taste. Can be used in, for example, desserts, bread or biscuits. In India it is widely used with fish.
Coriander: the leaves have a lemony flavour, while the seeds have a slightly sweet, aniseed flavour.
Fennel: promotes digestion and gives fresh breath. Fennel tea is used for coughing.
Cumin: gives a nutty and peppery taste to dishes. Can be used in, for example, curry or chili.
Turmeric: spice extracted from the roots Curcuma plant. It provides flavor and color in curry dishes.
Clove: gives a herbaceous and spicy taste to dishes.
Cinnamon: Can be used with both spicy and sweet dishes due to the deliciously warm and sweet taste.

Storage advice

Store in a cool and dry place. Shelf life up to 2 years after production date. After opening, transfer contents to an airtight container. Perishable after opening.

Preparation

  1. Take 50 grams of Aachi Kadai Chicken Masala for 1 kg of chicken breast pieces.
  2. Add finely chopped fried onions, tomatoes, dry peppers.
  3. Boil the mixture to 5 whistles and set aside.
  4. For best results, add curry leaves fried in coconut oil and garnish.
  5. Now the tasty Aachi Kadai Chicken Masala is ready to serve hot.

After opening, store the rest of the spice mix in an airtight container and use a clean, dry spoon.
