Characteristics
Fish Fry Masala is a delicious spice mix to marinate or season fish and then fry the fish.
Ingredients
Red chili powder, coriander, turmeric, salt, cumin, black pepper, acidity regulator E-330 (citric acid), fenugreek, mustard, coloring agent E-160C (natural coloring from red pepper).
Explanation ingredients
Cumin: gives a nutty and peppery taste to dishes. Can be used in, for example, curry or chili.
Fenugreek: it is a plant of the legume family. The seeds can be used in salads, vegetable dishes or curry sauce, for example. It has its own specific taste.
Turmeric: spice extracted from the roots Curcuma plant. It provides flavor and color in curry dishes.
Coriander: the leaves have a lemony flavour, while the seeds have a slightly sweet, aniseed flavour.
