Sprouted Fenugreek Rice Mix is based on the sprouted vegetable Fenugreek and this is widely used in Indian cuisine. The dried mix is used as a base for various dishes. Sprouted fenugreek contains many vitamins, minerals and antioxidants and has a powerful herbaceous taste. Together with the other herbs, the mix is a nicely balanced spice mix.

Sprouted fenugreek, red chili, pepper, chickpeas, Urid lentils, asafoetida, salt.
