Characteristics
This well-known rice is ideal as a base for fried rice, with curry or other spicy sauces.
This round rice is a variant that sticks a bit more than the dry-boiling long rice. That is why this rice is suitable for a hot meal as well as for porridge and desserts.
Preparation (2 Persons)
Take 1 cup of rice with 1.5 - 2 cups of water and bring it to a boil. Then let it simmer for 30 - 45 minutes. Then stir the rice and let it evaporate.
