Characteristics
This aromatic basmati rice cooks nicely dry and smells and tastes delicious. Basmati rice comes from northern India, where local farmers grow the crop at the foot of the Himalayas.
Natural pure melt water and favorable temperatures ensure the ideal rice climate.
Preparation
For 2 persons:
- Take 1 cup of rice with 1.5 - 2 cups of water and bring it to a boil.
- Then let it simmer for 30 - 45 minutes.
- Then stir the rice and let it evaporate.
