Chicken Tikka Masala is an intense, layered, mildly spicy spice mix for frying small pieces (tikka) chicken in typical Indian spices. Add a delicious mint chutney as a dip.

Storage advice
Store in a cool and dry place. After opening, transfer contents to an airtight container. The spice mix can be kept up to 2 years after production date.
Preparation
- Mix 100 milliliters of curd, 2 tablespoons of Aachi Chicken Tikka Masala and 2 tablespoons of oil into a smooth lump-free paste.
- Adjust the salt to taste.
- Marinate 500 grams of fresh and clean boneless chicken pieces with the above paste for 30-45 minutes.
- Roast the chicken pieces on both sides in a tava or pan for about 10 minutes.
- Grill the chicken over direct heat for 2-3 minutes.
- Garnish with lemon and onion rings.
- Serve hot chicken Tikka with mint chutney.
