Storage advice

Keep in a cool, dark and dry place. After opening, transfer the contents to an airtight container.

Preparation

For best results, it is recommended to soak the rice in water 20 minutes to 30 minutes before use, but this is not necessary. Rinse the rice before cooking.
Bring 1 part rice to a boil in a pan with 1 1/2 parts water. Then let it simmer with the lid on the pan for about 12 minutes on a low heat. Once it has absorbed most of the water, remove the pan from the heat and let it rest with the lid on for about 5 minutes.

Microwave: Fill a microwaveable bowl with 1 part rice and 1 1/2 parts water. Cover the bowl with cling film. Cook the rice on high power for about 6 to 10 minutes, depending on the microwave power.
