These moong dhal or mung beans are natural and split mung beans with the outer skin removed. This makes them even more digestible than regular mung beans.

Mung beans are healthy, easy to digest and at the same time super nutritious. Mung is high in protein/protein and fiber, but low in calories. The beans are rich in potassium (contributes to the proper functioning of your heart and blood vessels), folic acid, vitamin B and minerals.
