This highly concentrated pickle, based on fresh mango, is often used by adding 1 or 2 tablespoons (depending on your taste) to rice as a flavor enhancer, but can also be used as a dipping sauce with papads, Indian breads such as rotis, chapatis or naan.

Mango, salt, sesame oil, chili, spice mix, water, acidity regulators (INS 260, INS 330), asafoetida.
Explanation Ingredients
