Ingredients

Rice flour, urid flour, salt, raising agent - sodium bicarbonate (INS500ii), acidity regulator - citric acid (INS330).

Storage advice

Keep in a cool, dark and dry place. After opening, transfer the contents to an airtight container.

Preparation

Step 1: Leave 200 grams of Instant Dosa Mix in 500 ml of water for 5 to 10 minutes. Then add 1 tablespoon of chopped onion, 2 green chilies and a swirl of curry leaves. Let this soak in for a few more minutes.
Step 2: Put a dosa tawa (kind of frying pan) on the fire and grease it with a little oil. Pour a heaping ladle of the mix into the pan in a circular motion from the outside to the center of the pan. Pour a teaspoon of oil on the sides of the dosa. Bake the dosa until it is crispy golden brown.
Step 3: Serve the dosa with a chutney.
