This highly concentrated thokku based on fresh ginger and garlic with the tastiest mixed herbs and oil, is often used by adding 1 or 2 tablespoons (depending on your taste) to rice as a flavor enhancer, but can also be used with idli, dosa, peserattu and ghee.
