Characteristics
This sweet brown rice cooks mushy and is ideal for use in sweet dishes such as pies, risotto and rice pudding. It is also called glutinous rice and is ideal for making rice balls.
Preparation
For 2 persons:
- Take 1 cup of rice with 1 cup of water and bring it to a boil.
- Then let it simmer for 45 minutes.
- Then stir the rice and let it evaporate.
