Noodles are an all-time favorite for people of all ages. They originated in China and Italy, where they were made from all-purpose flour. Their quick cooking time and immense flavors quickly made them a popular dish.

Anil noodles have the properties of fiber and protein that boost people's health while enjoying the taste. Noodles are usually made by boiling them in water with salt and the wrapped masala. The noodles can be made healthier by adding chopped vegetables.

Ingredients

Noodles:
Wheat flour, palm oil, salt, acidity regulators (INS500(i), INS 451(i), INS 501(i)).
Masala:
Spice mix (34.3%) of onion powder, red pepper, coriander, cumin, turmeric, garlic powder, fenugreek, black pepper, cloves and asafoetida, salt, sugar, noodle powder (wheat flour, palm oil, salt, acidity regulators (INS500(i), INS 451(i), INS 501(i)), edible corn starch, palm oil, yeast extract powder, hydrolyzed vegetable protein (soy), flavor enhancers (INS 621, INS 635), citric acid (INS 330), malic acid (INS 296).

Storage advice

Preparation

  1. Cook the noodles with a spoonful of oil and salt in boiling water for 5 minutes.
  2. Rinse the cooked noodles with cold water and spray a little oil on the noodles.
  3. Bake sliced vegetables of your choice, the masala mix, salt and pepper on a low heat.
  4. Now mix in the cooked noodles and serve hot.
