Aachi Ragi Idli Mix
With this mix you can make Ragi Idli in an authentic way, a spongy cake composed of, among other things, ragi (a type of millet). Ragi Idli is delicious in combination with coconut chutney and sambar.
Ingredients
Semolina, ragi, Bengal lentils, salt, cashew nut, raising agent (Sodium carbonate) E500 (ii), mustard, compound asafoetida, fenugreek, acidity regulator (citric acid) E330.

Storage advice
Store in a cool and dry place. Shelf life up to 2 years after production date. After opening, transfer contents to an airtight container. Perishable after opening.
Preparation
- Heat the Idly cooker with water and grease the Idly molds with oil.
- Take 1 cup (200 grams) Aachi Ragi Idly mix and 1 cup (340 ml) curd and 100 ml water.
- Mix it all well and let it stand for 2 minutes.
- Pour this mixture into the idly molds and steam the dough until cooked.
- Serve the idli warm with a suitable chutney.
