Black lentils, semolina, rice flour, oat flour, small millet, salt, dried coriander leaves, raising agent (E-500 (ii)), sodium carbonate, acidity regulator (E-296 malic acid).

Preparation
- Mix the contents of the package (200 grams) in 360 milliliters of water.

- Heat a dosatawa or frying pan, pour a ladle full of the above batter in a circular fashion from the edge to the center.
- Drizzle this with cooking oil.
- Serve the pancake warm with a suitable chutney.
