Enjoy the taste of Aachi garlic pickle which is composed of delicious fresh herbs. The spicy pickle has a sour taste, which makes a delicious combination with the rice you have cooked. This highly concentrated pickle is often used by adding 1 or 2 tablespoons (depending on your taste) to rice as a flavor enhancer, but can also be used as a dipping sauce for papads.
Ingredients
Garlic, refined vegetable oil, salt, red chili powder, jaggery, mustard, asafoetida and acidity regulator E-260 (citric acid).
Explanation ingredients
Jaggery: a tasty unrefined sugar made from palm juice.
Asafoetida: devil's dung (a herbaceous plant). It has a beneficial effect and promotes digestion. It is an alternative to using onion and/or garlic in dishes.
