Ingredients

Wheat flour, vegetable fat, milk components, maltodextrin, acidity regulator (citric acid) E330, natural coloring (turmeric) E100(i).

Storage advice

Store in a cool and dry place. Shelf life up to 2 years after production date. After opening, transfer contents to an airtight container. Perishable after opening.

Preparation

  1. Mix 110 ml of water, 3 ml of rose water with 100 grams of Aachi Jalebi Mix to a thick consistency.
  2. Heat 500 ml oil in a frying pan.
  3. Squeeze the thick mixture into the hot oil in circular motions to make jalebi.
  4. Drop the fried jalebi directly into the prepared sugar syrup and let them soak for 2 minutes.
    Sugar syrup: mix 200 grams of sugar in 150 ml of water and let it boil for 5 to 10 minutes.
  5. Serve the hot delicious Jalebi.
