This highly concentrated sauce is often used by adding 1 or 2 tablespoons (depending on your taste) to rice as a flavor enhancer, but can also be used as a dip for papads, for example.
Ingredients
Groene chili, plantaardige olie, geraffineerde rijstzemelenolie, zout, tamarinde, rietsuiker, mosterd, gember, fenegriek, zwarte linzen, komijn, Bengaalse linzen, curryblaadjes, rode chilipoeder, samengestelde asafoetida, zuurteregelaar – azijnzuur (E260).
