Aachi Ginger Pickle is authentic in taste and very suitable to serve with Indian dishes. This spicy pickle with ginger makes a delicious combination with cooked rice. This highly concentrated pickle is often used by adding 1 or 2 tablespoons (depending on your taste) to rice as a flavor enhancer, but can also be used with idli, dosa, peserattu and ghee.
Ginger, tamarind, refined vegetable oil, red chili powder, coriander, fenugreek, salt, jaggery, acidity regulator E-260 (citric acid) and preservative E-211.

Ginger: has an intense pungent taste. Can be used in, for example, desserts, bread or biscuits. In India it is widely used with fish.
