Ingredients
Cornflour, salt, garlic flakes, onion flakes, sugar, ginger powder, soy sauce powder, colouring (Caramel IV E150d), black pepper, chili powder, anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide E551).

Storage advice

Preparation
- Cut 300 grams of chicken fillet into cubes and sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of cornmeal
- Fry this until it is cooked
- Heat oil in a pan and fry sliced spring onion and sliced pepper
- Set this aside
- Add 1 tablespoon Aachi Chicken Manchurian Masala to 1 cup water
- Mix this and pour it into a saucepan
- Bring this to the boil and let it simmer for 2 – 3 minutes
- Add the fried chicken to the sauce and continue cooking until the sauce has thickened
- Garnish this with the prepared spring onion pepper
- Serve hot with fried rice noodles.
